About Hunt

Going beyond borders shouldn't mean going it alone

Hunt Education Overseas is being built as an international mobility platform. Study abroad is where we started and where we're strongest today — but the ambition is bigger than education.

Our mission

Guiding you beyond borders.

Four words, and we mean each of them literally. Guiding — advice you can act on, not a sales pitch. You — one student, one file, one counsellor. Beyond borders — not just to the airport, but through the whole crossing.

Why Hunt exists

The journey is disconnected, and that's the actual problem

Crossing a border for study, work or a new life involves dozens of steps — and almost none of them talk to each other.

A consultant for the application. Someone else for the loan. A third party for insurance. A travel agent for flights. A forex desk. A housing portal in a country you've never been to. Each one knows a fragment of your situation, and nobody is holding the whole plan.

The result is what we see constantly: students who missed an intake because a document was filed late, families who bought the wrong insurance, applicants who found out about a funding requirement three weeks before a visa appointment.

What we're building instead

  • One counsellor who holds the whole plan, start to finish.
  • Trusted partners brought to you, instead of you hunting for them.
  • A single application experience across services, not five separate ones.
  • Honest status on every service — what's live, what isn't, and why.

"I wanted to build Hunt to make that journey simpler."

Hunt Education Overseas began with a simple idea: going beyond borders should not have to mean navigating everything alone.

Having personally experienced the journey of moving across countries, adapting to a new environment and building a life abroad, I understood how overwhelming international decisions can be. Choosing the right destination, understanding education options, managing applications and visas, arranging accommodation and preparing for life in another country can involve dozens of disconnected steps.

Our vision is bigger than education. Study abroad is where we are starting, but the long-term ambition is to create a platform where someone can come to Hunt whenever they are planning to cross a border — whether they want to study, travel, work or eventually relocate.

Instead of making people navigate countless providers and complicated processes on their own, Hunt aims to bring the right guidance, trusted partners and services together in one place.

We are starting small, learning from every student we help, and building Hunt step by step into a trusted international mobility platform.

// What "transparent" means

Four things we hold ourselves to

01

Say the honest thing

If a program isn't a good fit, or a visa looks risky, we say so before you spend money finding out.

02

Explain, don't just execute

You should understand every form you sign, not just sign where we point.

03

Parents get a seat at the table

Big decisions get made as a family — we're glad to walk parents through the process directly.

04

No disappearing after the visa stamp

Accommodation, travel and first-week support are part of the plan, not an upsell.

Our approach

Counselling first. Paperwork second.

Most consultancies start with "which university?" We start with "what are you actually trying to build?" The shortlist falls out of that answer, not the other way round.

Stage 01 · Check-in

Understand the person

Goals, budget, timeline, academic profile and family expectations — before any recommendation.

Stage 02 · Security

Say the hard thing early

If the plan is unrealistic or the visa risk is high, you hear it in session one.

Stage 03 · Boarding

Do the work properly

Applications, documents and deadlines tracked, with you able to see the state of your file.

Stage 04 · Gate

Fund it realistically

Scholarships and loans planned around what your family can actually service.

Stage 05 · Departure

Stay past the stamp

Accommodation, insurance, forex and orientation — the visa isn't the finish line.

Our future vision

One platform for every border crossing

The order we're building in, and roughly why. Each route only goes live when we can run it properly.

Now

Study, travel & insurance

The services we run today. Every improvement to the platform gets tested here first.

Next

Work & employment

Skilled and healthcare employment routes, once the recruitment partnerships and registrations are in place.

After

PR, relocation & the rest

Residency pathways, settlement, accommodation, forex, SIM and everything else a move actually needs.
