The terms on which we provide this website and our services.

By using this website or engaging Hunt Education Overseas for a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them, particularly the section on what we do not guarantee.
What we do
Hunt Education Overseas provides counselling, guidance, documentation support and application assistance for studying abroad, travel visas and insurance. We act as your adviser and coordinator. We do not make admission, visa, immigration, lending or insurance decisions, and we do not control the bodies that do.
What we do not guarantee
- We do not guarantee admission to any institution or programme.
- We do not guarantee that a visa of any type will be granted. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government or immigration authority.
- We do not guarantee permanent residency, settlement or any immigration outcome.
- We do not guarantee employment, a job offer, a salary level or placement with any employer.
- We do not guarantee a scholarship, a loan approval, or any particular financial outcome.
Any timelines we give are estimates based on typical processing, not commitments by the deciding authority.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. We will not submit anything we know or suspect to be false, and doing so can result in refusal and long-term bans.
- Meet the deadlines we agree, and respond when we ask for something. Missed deadlines are the most common cause of a lost intake.
- Pay government, consular, institution, test and third-party fees directly to those bodies. Those fees are separate from our service fee and are not refundable by us.
- Read anything you sign, including offer letters, loan agreements and insurance policy documents.
Fees
The first counselling session is free. Paid services are quoted to you individually before you commit, based on the scope you need. The quote tells you exactly what is included. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding and code of this website belong to Hunt Education Overseas. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions, authorities, insurers or lenders, or for losses arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
